CFP™ Multiplex Detection Assay offers a practical workflow for simultaneous detection of multiple protein markers plus nuclear counterstain on the same tissue slide. The assay is compatible with FFPE tissue and Fresh Frozen tissue. CFP stains protein markers in a cyclic fashion, the workflow of each cycle is similar to standard immunofluorescence assay.

CFP™ FFPE Tissue Staining Service
You can also leverage our service team to perform the CFP FFPE tissue staining for you. Our average turn around time is 3-4 weeks depending on the number of samples and level plexing you desire.
Our service requires a minimum of 3 slides per FFPE tissue sample. The sample preparation should follow standard FFPE processing procedures manually or using a tissue processor. Spatomics will run the CFP™ FFPE assay with your choices of targets. We will evaluate the tissue quality with our control antibodies. If the control performs suboptimally, Spatomics will attempt assay optimization according to the evaluation results, which requires additional slides.
