Our average turn around time is 3-4 weeks depending on the number of samples and level plexing you desire.<\/p><p>Our service requires a minimum of 3 slides per FFPE tissue sample. The sample preparation should follow standard FFPE processing procedures manually or using a tissue processor. Spatomics will run the CFP\u2122 FFPE assay with your choices of targets. We will evaluate the tissue quality with our control antibodies. If the control performs suboptimally, Spatomics will attempt assay optimization according to the evaluation results, which requires additional slides.
